How large are your kennels?

Our dog kennels come in several sizes, up to large 8' x 8' private suites. Our cat condos are two-story and include a scratching post.

How do I find out what vaccinations my Pet has?

Your veterinarian should have given you some kind of receipt and/or certificate showing what vaccinations were administered, the date they were administered as well as the date they expire. Call your veterinarian for a copy of this paperwork if you cannot find it.

What if my pet does not have all vaccinations required ?

You will need to have your pet's vaccines administered prior to arriving at our pet lodge. Proof that your pet has all vaccinations will need to be presented upon check-in. We can not allow your pet to stay at Autumglo Pet Lodge without proof that all vaccinations are current. A rabies tag IS NOT proof. There are no exceptions to this policy.

What if I arrive before or after your posted hours for check-in and out?

Pets may be dropped off and picked up any time the Lodge is open (click here for our hours and rates). If you have a special request for special check-in or out times, please contact us. We'll be happy to work something out with you!

Do I bring my pet's food?

We prefer to keep your pet on his regular diet while staying at our pet lodge. However, if your pet is accustomed to frequent food type changes, we do provide food for your pet at no additional charge.

How many times will my pet get to go outside?

Pets are continually rotating to our outside yard throughout the day. While we'd like to keep your pet on their regular schedule, your pet will go outside no less than five times per day.

What can we bring with our dog?

You may bring pretty much anything you want for your dog. We provide dishes and bedding for your pets, but you are more than welcome to bring his bed from home. All our floors and in-floor heated. And while we provide food and treats, if you wish, you may bring your own food and treats. We ask, however, that you don't bring rawhides, just in case your dog chokes on it.
